I’m Alisha, owner of Salt and Strand Hair Studio inside Sola Salons (Suite #12) in Mayfaire. With 29 years behind the chair, I specialize in creating beautiful, wearable hair that fits your lifestyle — from blonding and dimensional color to layered cuts, smoothing treatments, and special occasion styles. I’m also so excited to be a Paul Mitchell exclusive salon, using their incredible professional hair color and products to help create healthy-looking, customized results for every guest. My goal is to give every client a comfortable, personalized experience where you feel listened to, cared for, and confident when you leave my chair. I’m so excited to welcome you into my new salon space and continue helping you love your hair.
CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation Policy** Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a **10% cancellation fee**. After a late cancellation or no-show, a **50% deposit will be required to book your next appointment**. This deposit goes toward your service — but if you no-show that appointment, the deposit is kept. **No-Show Policy:** Clients who no-show two appointments without notice may be permanently declined from booking future appointments. This policy helps protect appointment availability for all clients and supports my small business. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected things happen, and I will always do my best to be fair. This policy is simply in place to protect my time, my business, and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my schedule.
